This is a super important position as you are the face of the practice on the phone and in person. You set the tone and vibe for the practice right from the beginning and help create a memorable brand for the practice.

What You'll Do:

Marketing:

Develop Marketing content and strategy calendars with focus groups Coordinate Referring office Deliveries Create branded marketing swag Create and help edit social media content Community outreach liason Patient care Answer Phones and collect new patient information. Schedule new patient exams and existing patients' appointments. Welcome new patients and existing patients when they enter the office Build relationships with patients and parents, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to provide exceptional service Help drive practice growth by providing an outstanding patient experience

Orthodontic Patient Coordinator Job Location:

This is a full time job that will be split between 2 offices. So you will be in 1 office 2 days a week and the other 2 days a week. The 5th workday is half day and is for admin. The two offices are about 15 min from each other. The addresses for each are below. Each office uses the same exact phones and software.
