Leadership Full Job Description Director of Clinical Services Oversee and manage all clinical operations within the organization Provide meaningful supervision to those without an independent license Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with client rights private insurance and Medicaid regulations Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of care Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in clinical services Participate in the development and implementation of staff training programs Engage in community outreach and partnership development A successful candidate will have: An active LPCC or LISW required for this position (Supervisory designation preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership role An interest in mental health, substance use disorder, trauma-informed care and anger management In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures Proven leadership and management skills in a mental health and substance abuse treatment setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Proficient in using electronic health record systems This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
