Job Description

At Family Dentistry, we believe exceptional patient care starts the moment someone calls our office or walks through our doors. We are looking for a warm, organized, and energetic Patient Experience & Marketing Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our practice and help elevate every aspect of the patient journey. We're looking for someone who owns the patient experience from the moment someone walks through the door. Someone who takes genuine pride in making people feel cared for, not just treated. This role is also about helping share who we are outside the office: building connections in the community, helping manage our online presence, and creating a welcoming experience that reflects our practice both in person and online. About the Role As the first and last impression our patients experience, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming, positive, and memorable environment. You'll help ensure patients feel cared for, informed, and appreciated throughout their visit while also helping grow and strengthen our brand in the community. This is a unique opportunity to combine hospitality, patient experience, marketing, and administrative coordination into one highly impactful role. What You'll Do The Role in
Brief Patient Experience:
Warm arrivals, seamless departures and every touchpoint in between
Marketing & Community:
Social media, outreach, reviews and telling our story
Administrative Support:
Forms, confirmations and reliable team support when it's needed Patient Experience •Be the warm, genuine first face patients see — greeting them by name whenever possible and helping them feel immediately welcome Create arrivals that feel like a welcome, not a check-in process Lead patient check-in and assist with checkout as needed Ensure patients understand and complete all necessary forms, consents, treatment estimates, and other documentation Marketing & Community Engagement Lead and coordinate social media efforts and content creation to help grow the practice's online presence and community reputation Coordinate patient testimonials, reviews, and engagement initiatives Respond to online reviews and help maintain a positive digital presence Organize community outreach efforts, events, and partnerships Develop creative in-office patient experience initiatives such as contests, celebrations, and promotional activities Collaborate with leadership on new ideas to enhance patient engagement and practice growth Administrative Support Coordinate appointment confirmations and patient communication Support the administrative team with day-to-day office tasks as needed Jump in to assist with phones during busy periods while remaining focused primarily on in-office patient experience Track what's working and share it with the team What We're Looking For • Instinctive warmth, people feel it before you've said a word Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with technology and social media platforms Creative mindset with a passion for customer service and marketing Team player willing to jump in wherever needed Experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or dental/medical offices is a plus Why Join Us?
