Job Description

Job Overview Spa Medicca is a premier, five-star medical spa with multiple locations in Southwest OH, providing a full-service menu of aesthetic medicine and skincare treatments. We are proud to be recognized as a Top 150 medical spa practice, ranking in the top 1% in the entire United States for Botox, Juvéderm, and CoolSculpting procedures. The Patient Care Coordinator is a crucial member of our team, interacting with and communicating with a variety of patients from their initial point of contact through the continuum of care, as well as practice providers and staff. The role will also maintain, evaluate, and at times, update, standards and guidelines in accordance with practice standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in med spa settings and possess excellent communication skills to foster positive patient interactions and streamline administrative processes. Duties Greet and check-in patients efficiently and professionally Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using electronic health records systems Collect and verify patient insurance information and update medical records accordingly Assist with patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing clear information about procedures and appointments Prepare and organize patient documentation for clinical staff Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments as needed Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies Skills Prior experience in a med spa or aesthetic environment is preferred Familiarity with the aesthetics industry and/or medical spa operations such as, patient privacy practices, and medical terminology is preferred, but not required Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks, including scheduling software and electronic health records systems Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills to interact empathetically with patients and team members Office experience, particularly within dental or healthcare settings, is highly desirable Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with a focus on patient confidentiality and service excellence College degree preferred
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
