Nurse Manager - Inpatient Rehab

Assists Rehab Director in supervising and directing nursing care and all related activities of the service. Builds and develops the patient care team using staff personnel, assistance to physicians, material and equipment, education of personnel and administrative duties. § Type of degree: Nursing § Area of study or major: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

Minimum Level of Experience Required:

3 - 5 years of job related experience Prior job title or occupational experience: Minimum 3 years' hospital experience in pertinent clinical specialty and 2 years' in leadership/management/charge role. § Excellent clinical, time management, communication (verbal & written) and organizational skills. § Proven skill in leadership, care management, performance improvement, and SPC required. § Valid Nursing License in the State of Ohio § Current CPR at time of hire
