Job Description

The IDDT (Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment) Team Leader provides leadership and oversight for a multidisciplinary, community-based team delivering integrated treatment services to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The Team Leader is responsible for building and maintaining an effective team, providing administrative and clinical supervision, and ensuring services align with IDDT fidelity standards and best practices. This role promotes collaboration, recovery-oriented care, and high-quality, person-centered services. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clinical supervision to IDDT team members. Recruit, hire, train, and support staff while promoting ongoing professional development. Facilitate regular team meetings to support communication, case coordination, and collaborative treatment planning. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with IDDT model standards and evidence-based practices. Support staff in addressing clients' needs related to mental health, substance use recovery, housing stability, and community integration. Promote effective communication and foster a positive team environment while addressing and resolving conflicts when they arise. Monitor program outcomes and support continuous quality improvement efforts. • Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field. Appropriate Ohio licensure preferred (LISW, LPCC, or equivalent). Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay:
$25.11 - $32.24 per hour
