Role:
Patient Experience Coordinator (Front Desk) You're the warm first impression on the phone and at the front desk. If you love helping people, staying organized, and making every visit smooth, you'll fit right in. No audiology experience needed—we'll train you. Compensation & Benefits Starting total compensation: $40,000+ (base pay + benefits + incentives) Paid training and clear growth path PTO Health Care Stipend Regular weekday schedule; no overnights What You'll Do Greet and welcome patients; create a calm, friendly check‑in experience Answer and place calls ; schedule and confirm appointments Fill the schedule by managing recalls, confirmations, and waitlists Keep the front office organized ; order supplies; support providers Enter accurate data in our systems; protect patient privacy (HIPAA) What Great Looks Like (first 90 days) Phones answered within 3 rings, professional and upbeat Schedule consistently >95% filled with same‑week openings minimized Confirmations and reminders reduce no‑shows Accurate patient data and tidy, well‑stocked front office Patients leave saying, "They were so welcoming!"
