Optimize online presence through SEO techniques and Google Analytics insights to increase visibility and patient outreach. Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and patient preferences to inform targeted marketing initiatives. Support patient services by providing clear communication, scheduling assistance, and ensuring a positive experience during visits. Track campaign performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness. Skills Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML, and marketing automation tools. Experience with E-commerce platforms and B2B marketing strategies to expand outreach efforts. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising methods. Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data to inform decision-making processes. Strong organizational skills with experience in product management, budgeting, and sales support. Position Summary The Marketing & Front Desk Coordinator will play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping promote our services throughout the community. This position combines front office responsibilities with marketing and community outreach activities. Responsibilities Front Desk Duties ⁠ ⁠Greet and check in patients professionally and courteously. ⁠ ⁠Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments. ⁠ ⁠Verify patient information and insurance details. ⁠ ⁠Collect payments and maintain accurate records. ⁠ ⁠Assist with patient registration and intake forms. ⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean and organized reception area. ⁠ ⁠Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff. ⁠ ⁠Assist with administrative and office support tasks as needed.
