We are seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical teams, ensuring exceptional care and compliance with the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership
- Provide strategic oversight for clinical operations across multiple nursing home facilities. Quality Assurance
- Implement and maintain high standards of care , ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations . Staff Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff , fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Collaboration
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and healthcare professionals to enhance resident care and outcomes. Performance Metrics
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure full adherence to all healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices . Requirements Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing ( Master's preferred ) with a current, unrestricted RN license . Experience
- Minimum 7 years of healthcare leadership experience , with a proven track record in clinical management . Knowledge
- Strong understanding of nursing home regulations, quality improvement initiatives, and industry best practices . Leadership Skills
- Ability to lead and inspire teams , fostering collaboration and a positive work environment. Communication
