Paid Holidays Position Overview:
Work closely with providers, nurses and administrative staff to keep care to patients flowing without delays.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff. Guide patients through next steps, answer questions, and coordinate referrals and follow-ups. Relay information between providers, nurses, and support staff to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Monitor and prioritize incoming messages, results and requests; document actions clearly. Maintain accurate records of interactions, updates and completed tasks. Provide assistance with monitor tracking systems to ensure the results are received and documentation in order to process patient charts. Prescription audit reports and storing Update shot records Responsible for scanning all Labs into the Provider PAQ. Assist referral clerks with referrals and PAP tracking. Assist front desk with missed appointments that need to be rescheduled and documents in the patients' electronic health record Assist other departments as needed. Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
High school diploma or equivalent Medical Assisting certification preferred previous experience in a healthcare environment, basic knowledge of medical terminology, release of information, and medical record maintenance activities and billing activities is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
