Role:
As a Regional MDS Coordinator, you will lead and support IDT teams across multiple facilities, ensuring MDS accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. You will also develop and implement strategies to improve quality measures, conduct audits and clinical reviews, and provide hands-on training and coaching to facility teams. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a willingness to travel between facilities.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support IDT teams across multiple facilities Ensure MDS accuracy, compliance, and timeliness Conduct audits and clinical reviews to identify risk and opportunity Monitor and drive improvement in Quality Measures Provide hands-on training and coaching to facility teams Collaborate with leadership to strengthen survey readiness Identify trends and implement performance improvement strategies
Requirements:
Active RN or LPN license (Oklahoma or compact state) 3+ years MDS experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of
MDS 3.0, RAI
process, and PDPM Experience with Quality Measures and data analysis Ability to lead, influence, and drive accountability Willingness to travel between facilities Ready to Step into a High-Impact Regional Role?
