We are a private practice located in Edmond, OK specializing in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and podiatry. We are looking for a full-time Patient Service Coordinator who shares these values and wants to be part of a practice that takes both patient care and workplace culture seriously.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for patients — in person and by phone — creating a welcoming experience Assist patients with digital check-in Collect copays, balances, and process patient payments by phone Schedule patient appointments Process incoming referrals Confirm insurance benefits Oversee medical record requests Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday from 8 AM-5PM and Friday from 8 AM-2:30 PM.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting Friendly, welcoming demeanor with strong customer service skills Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an orthopedic and/or podiatry practice Familiarity with AthenaHealth Experience with medical billing

Compensation:

$16-22/hour based on experience
