Job Description:
Company Description Willow Crest Hospital provides acute inpatient psychiatric care for adolescents aged 9-17 dealing with emotional, behavioral, and substance abuse challenges. Our specialized treatment plans include individual, family, and group therapy, medication management, and 24-hour nursing care tailored to each patient's needs. Moccasin Bend Ranch, located on 12 wooded acres, offers inpatient residential treatment for children aged 4-12 in a serene and nature-focused environment that fosters healing and well-being. Together, these facilities provide comprehensive care and support for young individuals in need. Role Description •Must hold LCSW License• The Director of Clinical Services will oversee and manage the Clinical Therapy Team, Discharge Planner, and Group Therapy Supervisor, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality therapeutic services. This role is responsible for coordinating care, maintaining clinical accountability, and maximizing available resources to support optimal patient outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, OK, where the Director will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and foster a healing environment. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited University or College with a Master's Degree in Social Work. Must posses and maintain an active LCSW license from the State of Oklahoma. Five years of experience in providing treatment services to patients including individual, group and family therapy. Pay Range $85,000 - $100,000 per year.
