Provide overall strategic direction, leadership, and operational management of 360 business at designated and/or multiple sites to achieve financial and operating objectives aligned with Agiliti's business plan Serve as a senior leader and trusted partner to customer executives, including hospital administration and C‑suite stakeholders Champion Clinical Engineering (CE) by creating consistent, high‑quality customer experiences and proactively addressing customer needs Lead on‑site service programs to ensure operating, financial, and service performance goals are achieved Effectively manage and maintain customer relationships to support revenue growth, cost containment, and service expansion Participate in and support revenue growth activity through strategic planning and customer engagement Partner closely with Site Manager(s), Account Executives, and Divisional Directors during customer and executive‑level meetings Own business and financial performance, including P&L, budgets, labor analysis, expense management, service metrics, and profitability Analyze business performance and translate data into strategic action plans that support long‑term account success Communicate performance results, business strategy, and resource needs to senior Agiliti leadership Establish short‑ and long‑term goals for teams; hold self and others accountable for execution and results Lead, motivate, coach, and develop leaders and team members to perform at the highest level Recruit, train, and develop talent, emphasizing continuous improvement, succession planning, and teamwork Conduct assessment evaluations, force rank team members, and provide stretch assignments for high‑potential talent Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of medical equipment and ensure training for Agiliti and customer staff Ensure equipment inventory, par levels, safety, quality, and patient privacy compliance are consistently met Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance CE, operational efficiency, and business outcomes Perform other assigned duties What You Will Need for This Role? Bachelor's degree related to business administration, engineering, health care or related field. Master's degree preferred. 10 years of supervision/management experience and customer excellence experience. Multi‑unit management experience preferred. Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including an understanding of, or experience with, hospital medical equipment, supply chain management and biomedical engineering. Business and financial management expertise to assist with contract management, account margin maintenance, service metrics, labor analysis, expense analysis and service profitability. Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and budget management experience. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as nights and emergency off‑hours as required. Valid driver's license. Critical thinker who provides strategic direction and vision for team. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members while creating a positive and respectful work environment. Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Proactive, self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and customer‑focused with a "get it right the first time" attitude. Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trust with administration, clinicians, staff, and executive leaders.
