Oklahoma Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced dental professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a meaningful impact on both patient care and practice success. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for someone with prior dental office experience who understands dental insurance, treatment planning, scheduling, and patient communication. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a positive, professional experience from the moment they arrive. Build strong relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable and confident about their dental care. Present treatment plans and discuss recommended treatment with patients. Help patients overcome obstacles to care, including financial concerns, scheduling challenges, and dental anxiety. Explain insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their coverage and financial responsibility. Check patients in and out, collect payments. Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries professionally and efficiently. Work closely with doctors and clinical team members to help maintain productive schedules and keep the day running smoothly. Monitor the doctor's schedule and proactively fill openings as they occur. Contact patients with outstanding treatment needs and help them schedule necessary care. Identify opportunities to improve schedule efficiency and patient retention. Serve as a problem solver and advocate for both patients and the clinical team. What We're Looking For Previous dental office experience required. Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Outgoing, positive personality with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to stay engaged, productive, and focused throughout the day. Confidence discussing finances and helping patients find solutions that work for them. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant direction. Team player who enjoys supporting both patients and coworkers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys influencing positive outcomes, building patient trust, and turning opportunities into scheduled treatment. Why Oklahoma Family Dentistry?
