The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a background in behavioral health (substance abuse/ mental health), and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. This role requires effective relationship management, program development, and supervision of staff to ensure the successful delivery of services. Responsibilities Oversees assessment and admissions process in compliance with state regulations and standards and utilizing current best practice protocols Maintains a climate and culture that attracts, retains, and motivates a diverse staff. Monitors client and facilitator attendance and documents accordingly. Conducts admissions, UA, Vitals and utilizes facility lab portal Provides evidenced based interventions based on client response to treatment. Demonstrate respect and non-judgmental attitudes toward clients. Works collaboratively with the clinical team to engage, communicate, educate, and coordinate care with clients, families, health providers, etc. Provide assistance in maintaining, monitoring, and modifying covered behavioral health services/treatment services. Ensure all appropriate referrals for identified services on the treatment plan are made and coordinated. Ensures documentation adheres to all regulatory time-frames and requirements. Staying current with updated research and best practices. Running Group Sessions Ensure HIPAA, ethical code of conduct and professional boundaries are maintained between staff and clients. Ensure that all certification and licensing requirements are kept active and up-to-date to practice in the State of Oklahoma Complete all recommended continuing education requirements. The major duties and requirements of the job should not be interpreted as all-inclusive. Candidate will perform related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, (Bachelor's Degree preferred). Maintains current CPR and First Aid training. Current TB Test or secured at time of hire. Be certified, licensed, or registered to obtain licensure or certification, or if not licensed or certified, must be registered in an accredited institution for substance abuse counseling.
