Construction Schedule:
Days l Full-time l 40 hours per week How you'll make an impact in this role: Plan, track, and evaluate capital projects from planning through construction, ensuring scope, schedules, and budgets stay on track. Develop national policies, procedures, and tools to standardize project management and ensure compliance with facilities operating systems. Track ongoing construction metrics, report on project risks/issues, and maintain a communication schedule to update stakeholders regularly. Design and deliver training programs for new project and facility managers, including eBuilder software training. Establish processes to update, secure, and maintain critical project documentation, including design standards, space plans, and blueprints. Registration:
Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience. OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What additional requirements you'll need: Healthcare preferred. MEP infrastructure experience strongly preferred. Life at
