Job Summary:
REQUIREMENTS
  • CADC II or higher (must meet MHACBO supervision standards)
  • 3+ years of experience providing addiction treatment services
  • Experience supervising CADC-R and CADC staff
  • Strong knowledge of
OAR 309-019
outpatient standards
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation
  • Ability to pass required background checks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid driver's license preferred
JOB DUTIES
  • Provide clinical supervision to CADC-R and CADC staff per OAR and MHACBO standards
  • Document supervision and review clinical records for quality and compliance
  • Maintain a small caseload providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Conduct ASAM and DSM-5'based assessments
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling using evidence-based practices
  • Ensure documentation meets OAR, payer, and audit requirements
  • Participate in program leadership, quality improvement, and policy development
  • Collaborate with courts, CCOs, DHS, parole/probation, and community partners
  • Support staff onboarding, training, and program readiness for audits
