Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a grounded and visionary Clinical Supervisor (must be licensed LPC, LCSW, etc) to lead our small but growing community mental health team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering liberatory, person-centered care and shaping systems that prioritize both client and clinician wellbeing. The Clinical Supervisor oversees all clinical operations, ensures compliance with OHA/CCO and other regulatory standards, and drives implementation of best practices in mental health care. This position requires strong clinical leadership, systems thinking, and a deep commitment to equity, collaboration, and accountability in service delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily clinical operations to ensure clients receive high-quality, liberatory-focused care. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures in alignment with OHA/CCO and state regulations. Supervise and support clinical staff through recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, audit compliance, and professional development. Collaborate across departments to strengthen care coordination and improve organizational systems. Track and analyze clinical performance metrics to guide quality improvement initiatives. Serve as a bridge between administrative leadership and clinical staff to foster clear communication and shared purpose. Maintain a small caseload, providing direct mental health services that model high-quality, compassionate care. Uphold and promote liberatory, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive principles throughout clinical practice and supervision. Qualifications & Skills Demonstrated leadership experience in mental health or healthcare settings. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical management, and quality improvement processes. Skilled in clinical supervision and committed to continued learning and application of liberatory practices. Familiarity with OHA/CCO standards and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on sustainable, client-centered solutions. $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
