Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist to join our front office team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting patient relationships, and helping guide patients through their treatment plans and financial options.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries Coordinate and present treatment plans, including explaining procedures and associated costs Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims processing Collect payments and discuss financing options when needed Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft dental software Ensure efficient front office workflow and communication with clinical staff Follow up with patients regarding pending treatments and appointments

Qualifications:

3+ years of dental office experience preferred (but not required) Familiarity with Eaglesoft software strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable discussing financial information with patients Professional demeanor and positive attitude Basic understanding of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
