This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing wellness initiatives that promote a healthy lifestyle among employees and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of health systems, and a commitment to fostering a culture of wellness. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs that align with organizational goals. Supervise and manage wellness staff, ensuring effective shift management and team performance. Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure compliance with health regulations and standards. Oversee budgeting for wellness initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor patient health through critical care practices and patient monitoring systems. Provide guidance on anatomy and physiology to support program development and staff training. Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations in all wellness-related activities. Collaborate with other departments to promote wellness initiatives across the organization. Experience Proven experience in health systems management or a related field is essential. Strong background in supervising teams and managing shift schedules effectively. Familiarity with documentation review processes and compliance standards is preferred. Experience in budgeting for health programs or initiatives is advantageous. Knowledge of critical care practices, patient monitoring techniques, anatomy, and physiology is highly desirable. This role requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about promoting health and wellness within the community while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
