Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people and creating exceptional patient experiences? Our growing dental practice is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their dental journey.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates Coordinate patient treatment plans and follow-up appointments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Manage recalls, confirmations, and patient communications Assist with financial arrangements and payment collection Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure seamless patient care
Qualifications:
Previous dental front office or patient coordination experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with dental software (Open Dental preferred) Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
