Retina is a sub-specialty of ophthalmology which deals with issues in the deep interior of the eye and cutting-edge ways to save vision.

Medical Office Assistant duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients and caregivers Answering phones, scheduling appointments and reviewing patient information for accuracy while maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA law Collecting payments Interacting with patients in a compassionate upbeat manner Opportunity to cross train as a back office clinical team member and/or billing office representative/coder Medical Front Office Assistant Requirements and Preferences AA or BS degree; preferred High school diploma or equivalent; required Two (2) years' previous customer service experience in a related supportive position preferred Medical office experience preferred Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to work autonomously Excellent verbal and written communication skills If you have the above qualifications and would enjoy working with fun, supportive colleagues, please send us your resume with a cover letter. •Background check is required before hiring•
