We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office and providing exceptional patient care.

Duties:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care
• Handle billing and insurance claims
• Manage office administrative tasks efficiently

Experience:

• Experience in a medical or hearing aid provider office setting
• Proficiency in medical terminology
• Knowledge of medical administrative support functions
• Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks effectively

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with hearing aid office operations
