Qualifications Required:
Master's degree in social work, behavioral health, or closely related field Be registered with MHACBO for a QMHP within 30 days of hire. Completed 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience. Minimum 5 years of experience working in a behavioral health and/or alcohol & drug counseling setting. Hold an Oregon QMHP certification and able to obtain a clinical license within 2 years of hire. Valid driver's license. Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written communication. Successful completion of background check.Preferred:
2-3 years supervisory experience in behavioral health Current Oregon clinical license (LCSW, LCP, LMFT) Bilingual/multilingual Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplinary employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Similar jobs in Ontario, OR
