What You'll Do As our Bar & Hospitality General Manager , you'll help lead the launch and day-to-day operations of ModHaus while acting as the bridge between ownership, vendors, staff, and our food pod community. You'll be part operator, part culture builder, part hospitality wizard, and part "jump in and make it happen" leader.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Helping build and launch ModHaus from the ground up Overseeing daily operations of the bar and coffee shop Hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and leading staff Building on existing SOPs while implementing best industry practices Jumping behind the bar when needed — we lead from the front here Finding new food cart tenants that fit the needs of the business and coordinating events Managing staffing, inventory, ordering, labor, and operational efficiencies Creating a guest experience people rave about Serving as the key relationship manager between ownership, vendors, and food pod tenants Bringing creative ideas for events, partnerships, promotions, and community engagement Helping build a culture that employees love being part of Ensuring OLCC and health department compliance Supporting long-term operational growth as the brand expands What We're Looking For You're probably our person if you: Have 5+ years of General Management expereince in a resturant/bar or related hospitality position Thrive in high-energy hospitality environments Know how to build strong teams and positive culture Can balance leadership with rolling up your sleeves and getting things done Have experience with staffing, scheduling, inventory, and budgeting Understand OLCC regulations and hospitality best practices Love systems, efficiency, and making things run smoothly Bring ideas, creativity, and initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do Get genuinely excited about helping build something meaningful from scratch Most importantly?
