ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support (50%) Provide reception and front desk support, cultivating a welcoming and respectful environment. Answer clinic phone calls and monitor a general clinical email. Take messages and direct contacts to appropriate staff as needed. Manage the clinical calendar for group meetings and activities. Support with general clinic office organization and upkeep. Maintain accurate records and manage confidential information in accordance with company and program policies and procedures, confidentiality laws, professional boundaries, and relevant federal/state regulations and standards. Coordinate service delivery across multiple programs to ensure quality service functioning. Direct Client Support (30%) Work directly with clients and families to provide screenings, assessments, and program education. Support clients with reviewing and completing Clinical Orientation paperwork. Handle financial transactions as needed for client services. Coordinate care with Recovery Services teams as needed; communicate effectively with team members to ensure appropriate services are being provided to all clients. Report any incidents immediately to leadership to ensure immediate responses. Provide crisis consultation and intervention for program participants and staff as needed. Support transportation of all Adolescent Clinical Services clients as needed, including driving clients in a company vehicle or otherwise coordinating rides. Support coverage of clients services in private and group engagement settings as needed. Documentation (20%) Responsible for documenting all client service activities within the required time 24 hours. Must utilize the Electronic Health Record system to maintain appropriate notes.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position may require handling and disposal of needles as part of clean-up duties, necessitating adherence to proper safety protocols to mitigate potential risks and ensure a safe working environment. Attend supervision, team, and agency meetings as directed. Perform other duties as assigned.

This position works directly with adolescent-age youth and their familial support systems: you must be skilled at navigating adolescent interactions and developmental milestones. You must also be skilled at managing and maintaining excellent professionalism and ethical boundaries. Clinical Setting. You must be able to perform professionally in a clinical treatment setting. This involves maintaining confidentiality and supporting a trauma-informed, holistic treatment environment. Skilled with Conflict Management. You must possess basic essential skills related to de-escalation and conflict resolution. With a community center open to all individuals who want a safe environment, this position requires managing and overseeing all interactions between clients/community members and navigating conflict in a safe and restorative manner. Service. You must support an organizational culture that reflects the value placed on high quality client services and inter-departmental collaboration.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
This position typically requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have reliable transportation or maintain a valid driver's license for the state of residency AND have a driving record permitting coverage under the corporate liability policy. If driving a personal vehicle for work purposes must also have and maintain personal auto liability coverage. All employees driving for work purposes, regardless of whether driving a personal or agency vehicle, must complete the agency's driving approval process before they drive for work. Must be able to pass Oregon Criminal History and Abuse Records Data System (ORCHARDS) background check per Oregon Department Human Services (ODHS) and Oregon Health Authority (OHA) standards prior to engaging with clients. Understanding of multiple pathways to recovery and recovery support services. Must have at least a CADC-R administered by MHACBO. At least 1 year of work experience in an office setting. Customer service experience. At least 1 year of experience in SUD-related services. Ability to effectively use most features of Google Workspace and Microsoft Suites. Ability to create detailed reports as requested. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Excellent communication, trauma-informed approach and conflict resolution skills. Well-developed documentation skills and a strong commitment to quality management; ability to write accurate and concise reports while meeting tight deadlines. Must be dependable, flexible and punctual, and exhibit strong time management skills. Able to clearly articulate information to people of varying cultural, linguistic, and educational backgrounds. Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively both orally and in writing. Able to problem solve and develop creative approaches.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with minority communities, especially transition age youth demographics, and knowledge of the current disparities that certain communities of service users may face more broadly in society. CADC-1 and Certified Recovery Mentor prior to hire. At least 1 year work experience in a clinical SUD treatment environment. Experience with healthcare insurance.

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour, Full-time, Exempt | $1/hr pay differential may be available to bilingual employees
