Flexible, Part-Time About Us New Life Recovery Oregon is a co-occurring behavioral health program providing integrated mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Our mission is to help individuals and families achieve lasting recovery through compassionate, evidence-based care. Job Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Provide individual, family, and couples therapy. Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with Oregon regulations and agency policies. Collaborate with counselors, peer support specialists, case managers, and other treatment team members. Participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary treatment planning. Provide telehealth and/or in-person clinical services. Monitor client progress and modify treatment interventions as needed. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality requirements, and professional ethical standards. Assist in crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary. Qualifications Active Oregon LMFT license in good standing. Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred. Experience working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred. Professional liability insurance. Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Compensation & Benefits Competitive contractor compensation. Flexible scheduling.
