About the Role As a Program Manager of our Portland Outpatient Clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your assigned Outpatient office(s), including supervision of staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing budgets and resources, and supporting the clinic's mission of delivering compassionate, effective treatment for individuals affected by substance use disorders. What You'll Do (Note this is not an exhaustive list of all duties and expectations for this role.) Lead daily operations of an Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment Clinic, ensuring smooth delivery of patient care services. Supervise, support, and develop clinical and administrative staff through regular meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations. Maintain compliance with CARF standards, Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), and internal policies through quality assurance activities. Manage clinic budgets and resources to ensure fiscal efficiency. Provide direct patient care services when needed. Collaborate with leadership teams to drive program improvement and clinical excellence. Engage in community outreach and represent the clinic in marketing efforts. Deliver educational lectures in coordination with Residential Program leadership. What We're Looking For Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II) or national equivalent (required) Proven experience providing Substance Use Disorder treatment in a clinical setting (required) Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing clinical staff (required) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a multidisciplinary team Solid understanding of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment and recovery Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working with electronic health records - experience (preferred) Familiarity with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) related to SUD treatment (preferred) Knowledge of CARF standards for SUD programs (preferred) Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and compassionate care in all interactions Ability to pass an
