This is not a traditional front desk role. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates exceptionally well, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating outstanding patient experiences. Our clinic focuses on helping patients recover from injuries, reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities that matter most to them. The Patient Coordinator plays a critical role in that mission. Duties Answer phones and respond to patient communication Billing and insurance verification Schedule and manage appointments Welcome and onboard new patients Coordinate financial arrangements and payment plans Reinforce treatment recommendations and patient compliance Follow up with patients regarding scheduling and missed visits Maintain organization and flow at the front desk Assist with reviews and referrals Help create a positive and professional clinic atmosphere Coordinate effectively with providers and staff Ideal Candidate Strong communication skills Warm and personable Highly organized Emotionally intelligent Comfortable guiding conversations Confident without being pushy Able to multitask effectively Coachable and growth-oriented Professional appearance and demeanor Strong attention to detail Experience Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, fitness, hospitality, accounting, medical billing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. Personality, communication ability, and attitude matter more than direct experience for this position.
