Job Description

Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a School Based Supervisor to join their team in Roseburg, OR! This position works Monday-Friday. The School Based Supervisor serves as a clinical supervisor and school-based treatment coordinator with other program coordination duties as needed. This position will work under the Youth & family Program Director developing the policies and procedures for the delivery of services ensuring compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations. The supervisor will support the program director in planning, implementing, monitoring, coordinating and evaluating Youth & Family Unit of Adapt Behavioral Health to assure that program staff and related community agencies work effectively and collaboratively towards obtaining the goals and objectives of the program. Program areas include eligibility determination, support with needs planning for individuals (ISP), facilitation of community services for identified needs and collaboration with families and community providers to meet the needs of clients. This position supervises professional and support staff of varying degrees and has responsibility for work performed within the unit. This work includes monitoring of services and facilitating of teams to meet the needs of the clients. Facilitates staff achievement of performance standards in compliance with OARs and documentation requirements. Support the program director with ensuring clinical and administrative supervision Company, State, Federal and licensing board standards within the Youth & Family Unit.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field Five years post-experience in a community mental health setting, which includes two years supervisory or program management experience or a satisfactory equivalent combination of experience and training.
Certifications required:
LCSW, LMFT, and LPC. Maintain qualification for the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapist's Supervisory Register. Must be 21+ and possess a valid driver's license.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise personnel functions, including hiring, supervision, training, evaluation, assigning work, coordinating and monitoring of staff to improve service delivery. Ensure compliance with appropriate standards of work, including documentation and/or corrective action in consultation with Program Director. Train, mentor, review and provide signature as required for unlicensed staff to meet state requirements regarding Mental Health Assessments and treatment plans (ISSP). Develop, implement, monitor and provide oversight for various Evidence-Based, Best Practice models of service delivery to ensure adherence to the OAR's; to meet requirements for fidelity; to increase competence of staff and to improve outcomes for clients served. Prepare and participate in audit reviews as required. Assess utilization of existing services and the need for additional services; work with community to establish priorities for needed services; perform program development, establishment, evaluation and funding; develop, implement, conduct and attend activities/programs to promote community interest and involvement in mental health programs. Coordinate activities between clients and community resources; assist in referral of clients form one agency or treatment to another. Responsible for ensuring that staff within program meet or exceed agency standards regarding documentation, service delivery and productivity. Develops a plan in collaboration with Program Director to address problematic issues including those with staff or service delivery. Provide training, consultation and education to staff, service providers, schools and the public; evaluate training needs of assigned staff and work closely with the Program Director in obtaining or providing training. Assist Program Director in establishment of goals, policies and procedures; monitor and report program effectiveness; help to manage program budget; assist in program area subcontract development, management, and monitoring; prepare technical aspects of grants for specific program areas; may serve as Program Director in their absence. Provide direct client services as needed such as counseling/psychotherapy, intake, assessment, and evaluation; information/referral, and treatment plan and crisis intervention.
