Administrator needed for Assisted Living and Memory Care Community Are you a tenacious leader with a passion for excellence? We are looking to hire a highly motivated Administrator to manage a high-quality Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role involves managing all day-to-day operations, from coordinating health services to ensuring compliance with regulations. You will lead marketing and sales initiatives to grow the community census, maintain high resident satisfaction, and oversee staff recruitment, training, and development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills and a relentless drive for excellence. Lead the marketing and sales efforts to increase census growth. Maintain high resident satisfaction. Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire our team members. Consistently deliver exceptional health services. Manage budget to meet financial goals. Required Skills / Experience High School graduate required; college preferred. You must be a licensed Assisted Living Administrator or be able to obtain a license as an Administrator. Computer proficiency and excellent verbal and communication skills. Must have the ability and desire to travel during training. A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents. At least two years of experience as an Administrator or Executive Director for an Assisted Living or Memory Care facility. $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
