8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday Your role with us The clinic supervisor at Salem Health Sleep Clinic provides operational leadership, ensuring efficient workflows, strong staff performance and a positive patient experience. This role supports frontline teams through daily oversight, staffing coordination and regulatory compliance while partnering with clinic leadership to maintain high standards of care and continuous improvement. What you'll do Manage all HR functions for assigned clinic staff including hiring, performance management, scheduling, staffing, timecards, labor budget, oversight and maintenance of regulatory compliant supervisory files. Supervise medical office coordinators, medical office assistants, medical assistants and referral specialists, providing guidance, education and ongoing support to promote strong performance and professional development. Maintain a visible presence in clinic locations, providing operational oversight, supporting frontline staff and reinforcing expectations that promote a culture of safety and zero harm. Manage daily staffing tools and staffing adjustments to ensure appropriate coverage while supporting efficient clinic operations and patient access. Round regularly with medical office coordinators and frontline staff to identify operational issues, escalate concerns when needed and support resolution. Oversee clinic visual management tools and participate in daily huddles to support strategic deployment, operational awareness and continuous improvement. Ensure regulatory compliance with environment of care standards, clinic policies and applicable accreditation requirements, through routine monitoring and follow up. Maintain oversight of scheduling templates and clinic workflows to support optimal patient access, efficient operations and positive patient experiences. Support clinic operations by overseeing office supply ordering, responding to patient service alerts or complaints when needed and providing leadership coverage in the absence of the business manager. Required qualifications Associate's Degree in healthcare related field. Two years of directly related experience may be substituted for an Associate's Degree. Two years of directly related experience, preferably in family medicine or specialty practice. Minimum of one year of EMR experience. Six months in supervisory capacity or similar role. Success requires excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting. The selected individual will possess skills to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding patient, employee and organizational information. A strong candidate will be one who can remain calm, tactful and solution-focused when navigating stressful or urgent situations that require sound judgment and quick decision-making. Must possess working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes and common computer software to support efficient clinic operations.
