At Northwest Huaman Services, we're looking for a Patient Access Team Supervisor who can inspire excellence, develop talent, and create an outstanding patient experience while supporting a mission-driven healthcare organization.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As our Patient Access Team Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversight for Patient Access staff, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and achievement of departmental goals. This role is responsible for staff supervision, training, performance monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives while partnering with Clinic Operations Managers to support daily clinic operations, optimize workflows, and enhance patient experience. The supervisor serves as a key resource for staff development, problem resolution, and continuous process improvement to ensure exceptional patient access services and organizational success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
: Oversee daily patient access operations Coordinate employee schedules and coverage. Supervise, coach, and develop a high-performing Patient Access team Train and mentor new employees Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance metrics Conduct audits and identify improvement opportunities Help create efficient workflows that enhance the patient experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Previous supervisory experience required Minimum two years of medical office experience Experience with training and evaluating staff Experience in high volume call center or customer service preferred
