How you'll contribute A Outcomes Manager who excels in this role: Coordinate PPD data collection with the interdisciplinary team. Ensure supportive documentation for QIs is complete in the medical record. Complete admission and discharge IRF-PAIs within CMS-designated timeframes. Abstract required information from medical records and summarize on the IRF-PAI. Enter data into the CMS-accepted software/program within designated timeframes.
