This office provides exceptional in-home care services to adult clients throughout the community. If you are a skilled nurse looking to transition into a leadership role or advance your management career, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting both clients and clinical staff. As a Clinical Manager, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality care while mentoring and developing a team of dedicated nurses. As a Clinical Manager, you will: Lead, inspire, and support clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits in the field Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality, compliance, and positive patient outcomes Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities Participate in the training and development of new nurses Coordinate and provide ongoing education and in-service training for field staff Collaborate with office leadership to support operational and clinical goals
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required Experience working with adult clients required Previous home care or home health experience preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Reliable transportation required
