Dry Eye & Wellness Coordinator | Aesthetic + Patient Experience Role (Training Provided) Join a modern, technology-driven eye care and wellness practice focused on dry eye treatment, patient transformation, and advanced aesthetic services. This is a high-touch, patient experience role that blends wellness coordination, treatment support, insurance processing, and optional aesthetic training in a fast-growing specialty environment. We are not a traditional optical office. We specialize in advanced dry eye therapies and ocular wellness using technologies such as IPL, radiofrequency, TriLift, and other modern treatments designed to improve patient comfort and quality of life. What You'll Do Guide patients through dry eye and wellness treatment plans Coordinate patient care, follow-ups, and wellness memberships Assist with in-office dry eye and aesthetic treatments (IPL, RF, TriLift, LLLT) Submit and manage insurance claims and benefit verification Support optical operations as needed during non-treatment periods

Optional:

Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
