Full-Time, Monday through Friday with two evening shifts per week (until approximately 8:15 PM)

We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our adult mental health and co-occurring programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced clinician to oversee the delivery of high-quality care within our dynamic treatment programs. Key Responsibilities Supervise a team of therapists providing outpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Evaluate clients to determine appropriate level of care and assign

DSM-5-TR

diagnoses. Assist counselors in developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans. Facilitate treatment team meetings and participate in case consultations. Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and other assigned staff. Maintain a caseload, as necessary, to support program operations. Support the Program Director in the development of new programs and services. Conduct chart audits and complete clerical tasks related to client documentation. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for clients, including crisis intervention when needed. Ensure the clinical program operates as scheduled and meets all licensing, regulatory, and organizational standards. Education & Experience Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field. Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
