We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Manager to join our team and support our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality outpatient services to our community. About the Role As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide direct supervision to a team of therapists ensuring clinical excellence, compliance with standards, and a supportive environment for professional growth. You will balance leadership responsibilities with a small caseload, offering both oversight and direct care. Key Responsibilities Provide weekly clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations. Support staff in case consultation, crisis intervention, and treatment planning. Conduct performance evaluations and foster ongoing professional development. Maintain a small caseload of clients, modeling best practices in outpatient therapy. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop policies, improve workflows, and expand services. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field. Active, unrestricted license in PA (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent). Approved/eligible to provide clinical supervision in PA. Minimum of 3-5 years of post-licensure clinical experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care.
