Key Responsibilities Team Leadership :
Provide oversight and direction to the ACT team, ensuring clients receive high-quality, community-based care.Staff Supervision :
Mentor and supervise a multidisciplinary team, providing weekly individual and group supervision and quarterly field supervision to foster professional growth.Daily Operations :
Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring adequate staff coverage and facilitating daily team meetings with detailed documentation.Client Admissions :
Manage the client admission process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans in coordination with the psychiatrist.Direct Clinical Services :
Dedicate 10 hours per week to providing direct clinical care to clients, including crisis intervention and therapeutic services.Community Partnerships :
Build and maintain relationships with community resources to ensure clients have access to housing, employment, and healthcare opportunities.Program Compliance :
Ensure the program adheres to OMHSAS guidelines and complies with all regulatory standards. Open positions in this county qualify for Pennsylvania's Behavioral Health Higher Education Program (BHHEP), which offers candidates meaningful financial and career-building benefits. Through BHHEP, eligible students can receive a paid senior‑year internship with Merakey and may also access tuition assistance of up to $20,000 for bachelor's programs or up to $40,000 for master's programs, all while gaining hands‑on experience that strengthens their skills and future employability. Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Required Experience Masters degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline including, but not limited to, psychiatry, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, or activity therapies 3+ years of clinical experience working with adults with SPMI (serious and persistent mental illness) 2+ years of administrative/supervisory experience Preferred Experience License eligible (LCSW, LSW, LPC, or LMFT) All fieldwork and course work are completed, but haven't yet passed exam Certified Peer Specialist Supervisor, or willing to obtain within 6 months of hireSimilar jobs in Canonsburg, PA
