Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accreditation standards, developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing contracts, and serving as the primary liaison with the Department of Health and other regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Essential Responsibilities Direct and oversee the overall operations of the facility. Develop, implement, and maintain facility policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact with the Department of Health and other regulatory agencies. Coordinate accreditation activities and maintain compliance with accreditation standards. Manage and oversee facility contracts, vendor relationships, and service agreements. Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Ensure readiness for surveys, inspections, and audits. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to promote efficient operations and high-quality resident care. Oversee staff development, training, and compliance programs. Prepare reports and documentation required by regulatory agencies and ownership. Assist with budgeting, strategic planning, and operational improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred. Current Administrator License (if required by state regulations). Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare management or administrative experience preferred. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and accreditation standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. $78,000.00 - $88,700.44 per year
