Assist in the planning, organization, and direction of the HIM Department in accordance with the hospital's goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess excellent computer skills.
  • Must possess excellent computer skills.
  • Extensive written and verbal communication skills along with organizational skills
  • Supervisory/leadership skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years HIM experience or
RHIT/RHIA
credential. Previous lead/supervisor position preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of HIM practices, HIPAA, and Compliance.
