About The Position:
We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support across multiple Partial Hospitalization Programs. This role is ideal for a collaborative and adaptable clinician who is passionate about supporting both staff development and high-quality client care in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. The Clinical Supervisor will play a key role in guiding clinical teams, ensuring regulatory and documentation compliance, supporting crisis response, and helping uphold the Sanare Way through strong leadership, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
What You Will Do:
- Supervise and oversee all clinical staff on site across a minimum of three partial programs (adult and adolescent).
- Respond to or assist with crisis situations.
- Provide emergency coverage as needed.
- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring regulation compliance as it relates to client paperwork, insurance authorizations, treatment plans, graduation summaries, etc.
- Maintain small clinical case load (such as consultations, individual sessions, etc.)
- Lead daily team huddles to enhance collaboration and cohesion amongst the team.
- Lead weekly one hour group supervision.
- Manage site specific needs (wandering clients, snack orders, reporting maintenance issues, etc.)
- Work directly with psychiatry team
- Conduct chart audits and team member evaluations
- Ambassador of the Sanare Way; reinforcing best practice and standard of Sanare with regard to consultations, individual sessions and group sessions.
Qualifications:
- Active license and a minimum three years' experience with higher levels of care.
- Supervision experience and a passion for supervising and guiding clinicians.
- Awareness of evidenced-based practices to implement during the treatment process.
- You have a working knowledge of documentation requirements including treatment planning, progress notes etc.
- Strong clinical documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with both clients and staff members.
- Ability to be assertive and provide direct, constructive feedback.
