Who We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide leadership, supervision, and expertise in home healthcare. If you're passionate about pediatrics, geriatrics, and Medicare clients and have a strong background in home health regulations , we'd love to hear from you! Qualifications ✔ Active RN License in Pennsylvania (Required). ✔ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with 3+ years of supervisory experience in home health (Required). ✔ Expertise in pediatrics, geriatrics, and Medicare clients. ✔ Thorough knowledge of Pennsylvania state regulations and JCAHO accreditation standards. ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills . ✔ Ability to work effectively in a bilingual team environment . ✔ Proficient in computer software and multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise home health nursing operations .
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, industry standards, and government regulations.
• Oversee and coordinate employee work activities .
• Assist in planning, evaluating, and optimizing home care services .
• Develop and implement strategic plans and quality improvement initiatives .
• Serve as a liaison between staff, administration, finance, and quality assurance teams.
• Ensure accurate resident billing and collaborate with the finance team on account management.
• Promote a positive, patient-focused environment while driving excellence in care.
