What You'll Do The Healthcare Catering Manager will provide leadership and oversight for daily catering operations and play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee and coordinate daily catering operations within the food service department Serve as the primary face of the catering program to executive-level and high-profile clientele Ensure seamless communication between culinary production teams and front-of-house service staff Manage event execution to ensure timely setup and service that exceeds client expectations Support staffing, scheduling, and operational planning for high-volume catering functions Maintain compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and Sodexo policies Assist with additional food service responsibilities and operational support during slower catering periods Contribute to a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
