Job Description

Are you passionate about helping patients move forward with the care they need while being part of a supportive, team-oriented practice? Complete Health Dentistry of NEPA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced dental or medical office professional who enjoys building relationships, helping patients understand treatment options, coordinating care, and creating exceptional patient experiences. This is a long-term growth opportunity for someone who is dependable, coachable, detail-oriented, and looking for a practice to call home. Primary Responsibilities Support treatment acceptance and follow-up systems Discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients Follow up on unscheduled treatment and reactivation opportunities Insurance coordination and claims follow-up Accounts receivable support Assist patients in understanding benefits and payment options Monitor treatment tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation Support schedule efficiency and production goals Assist with front office operations as needed Help create a positive and exceptional patient experience What We're Looking For Dental office experience preferred Medical office experience considered Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Strong follow-through and accountability Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements Ability to learn and follow established systems and processes What We Value At Complete Health Dentistry of NEPA, we value: Reliability and accountability Coachability and willingness to learn Positive attitude during times of change Teamwork and collaboration Professionalism and integrity Commitment to exceptional patient care Growth Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to learn advanced treatment coordination, insurance systems, patient financial coordination, and leadership responsibilities over time.
