What You'll Do:
Warmly greet patients and check them in and out efficiently Manage scheduling and ensure a smooth patient flow Verify insurance benefits and accurately explain coverage Present and review treatment plans with patients Clearly explain patient co-pays and collect payment at the time of service Follow up with overdue patients to keep their care on track Support the team by keeping the front office organized and running seamlessly
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of dental front desk or dental office experience required Strong communication and organizational skills A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for patient care Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment If you're looking for a position where you can grow, have fun, and be part of something special, we'd love to meet you.
