Summary:
AS THE CARDIOPULMONARY
Supervisor, you'll promote staff development through identification of educational needs and coordinates educational activities. This position plans, organizes, leads, and controls all of the technical aspects related to respiratory care and assures compliance with policies, procedures, and established standards. The manager develops and implements the department budget, policy and procedural goals, and their attainment. This is a Working Manager position.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have current Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist License or Temporay Practice Permit Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare related field (preferred) Must be RRT Registered by the NBRC Must have Healthcare Provider CPR Certification within 6 months of hire ACLS Provider certification (preferred) Must have three years experience in an acute care, respiratory therapy department Must have a desire to develop management skills Must have a progressive and sucessful work history Be a team player
