Clinical Excellence and Quality Coordination RN :
Lead and coordinate staff education, orientation, and ongoing training programs Promote clinical excellence through evidence-based practices and performance improvement initiatives Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) activities Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and outcomes Support staff competency development and provide mentorship and coaching Assist with survey readiness and participate in regulatory audits Track and report quality metrics, trends, and action plans Qualifications Requirements of the
Clinical Excellence and Quality Coordination RN :
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Current RN license in PA. Exceptional staff training and customer service skills. Compassionate and friendly demeanor. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills. Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
