Job Description

Equity Staffing Group is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join a busy healthcare team in Greensburg, PA! If you have experience in a medical office, enjoy helping patients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Greet and check in patients with exceptional customer service Verify insurance eligibility, referrals, and authorizations Register patients and maintain accurate demographic information Answer incoming calls and assist with billing and general patient inquiries Collect point-of-service payments when applicable Maintain patient medical records and documentation Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
We're Looking For Someone Who:
